You will create ten quality abstract photographs, making sure they are of the top quality with excellent focus, no smudges, and have at least three elements and principles. When doing abstract photography, think of minimalism, pattern, color- something unrecognizable and unique. Think of presenting something you would see every day in an unusual way. Consider the entire frame of the viewfinder- the camera is your canvas!
You will be making a folder with your name within the 3.18 abstract photography shared folder, with ten of your best images. You may convert them into black and white if you would like- do what you need to to make the best photos. Make sure each photo is saved as a jpeg and named as last name.firstname.abstract1, lastnamefirstname.abstract2, and so on.
Graded out of 100:
30 points abstract research (10 abstract photos from the masters with titles, dates and elements and principles listed, either in Microsoft Word or Powerpoint)
70 points images (7 points a photograph- must be in focus, compositionally strong, unique, creative, good craftsmanship, abstract)
