To create a new document
File: New Custom size 11” high x 14” wide 300 resolution Save as lastname-firstname-hockney.jpg To create your artwork: Open up your photos from iPhoto that you took Drag a thumbnail over from the top left of the composition Position it into place on the top left hand side of the blank canvas Go to edit > transform > scale to get it to fit into place, dragging it from a corner diagonally towards the center so that you’re not changing the proportions of the individual photo. Keep doing that with each different photo, overlapping some to create separate layers Use the move tool on each appropriate layer to edit/transform and move them to make a complete composition If you want to move a photograph to put it behind another one, make sure you are on that highlighted layer and go to layer > arrange > move to back When you are done, a.
